Cold Feet
Iโ€™m new to my 2023 X Dynamic SE no-wrap Trophy. I find two things here on cold mornings. The temperature isnโ€™t maintained so consistently: I find I turn up high >80 to get warm then down ~70 to maintain. I might expect I set the temp and goes there as it can and stays.

Then I also find my feet are never getting much from the system long after my upper body is warm. Even when choosing footwell only on the vertical range selector (I doubt itโ€™s called that). As though the fan or valve to that area is not open or adequate.

I wonder if others have similar experiences?

Thanks

Is auto climate on? If so, click the "auto" button so it isn't lit up orange. Auto climate doesn't heat up very quickly. If its cold when I leave my office, I always set the temperature to "hi" until it warms up, then set it back down to my desired temperature with auto climate on to keep the windows from fogging up. ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐ƒ๐ž๐Ÿ๐ž๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ ๐’ ๐๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ (Pangea Green over Acorn/Lunar)

Thanks good to know. Yes I tried of course auto/direct fan control/setting temp to โ€˜Hiโ€™

Iโ€™d still conclude the portion to the foot well is low. I noticed that when setting to foot well only the rear vents on the back of the arm rests are closed. Maybe there is a foot vent for the rear? I have to check.

l also find that when you set to "AUTO" the heat initially comes more from the centre vents and not much to the feet.

lf l set manually there is not much air through the footwell vents even when set to "footwell only" unless
the fan is turned up to 4 or 5 and then it's quite noisy.

lt works better if you close the centre vents in the middle of the dashboard.
