My best guess is either Paddocks or Rebel 4x4.
I only say that as I have a Rebel 4x4 one on mine and it looks incredibly similar. That said, when I've seen Paddocks versions on here, they look the same too. From memory 8mm Ali plate guard with 10mm steel (poss galvy, can't remember) brackets Jon - 110 td5 [sold]. Currently Defenderless. |

Well spotted Party Monkey, its a Rebel 4x4 guard. Delivery was just over a week but the finish was pretty rough around the edges which were very sharp and some poor grinding marks. The corners were also pretty lethal and would have caused some serious skin damage when fitting if I hadn't ground, filed and cleaned them up first. Now very happy with the finish. |

Croytec's aren't stainless either, I think they're machined from aluminium billet??? If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

The Croytec ones are anodized aluminium, and they are not cheap........

One would be better off buying my old ones getting them anodized and saving yourself £230 or so in the process.
Blimey how can they justify that pricing? If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

why not put the windscreen hinges/widgets on the inside, that way they would not corrode as quickly.
Infact that whole area needs looking at IMHO .. an idea for someone with some metalwork skills |

another common land rover fault its because they are not coated behind that is the only reason they ever corrode much like the rear body cappings take one off there bare metal silly things like that thats why its best to sort it all out on a new defender so it will last forever
