I would say that it would be worth talking to your local dealer or even JLR customer services.
The frequently asked questions says that it should have started working for you straight away, so there is an issue ‘their’ end I would say. Alternatively you could delete the app and reinstall it to ensure that you have the up to date version. Hope this helps |

You should be able to see all your subscription options on the inControl portal:

Mine has expired, but I can still use the LR app, with remote heat/lock etc.
