Quoting previous posts.
I'm curious....
When replying to a post, why do people feel the need to quote the whole post?
Really fills up the forum, especially when it's an image-heavy post or a long technical one, and means lots of scrolling through the same text or images just for someone to add the mind-blowing intellectually heavy weight missive of "I agree".
Confused

I agree. The quoting of image heavy posts is utterly moronic. Other forums I use - if someone does that a moderator deletes the images in the quoted section and gives the person a Censored

Bobble thats a good point. I often quote the whole text when really its just a sentence within it thats relevant. And I do it simply because I don't know how to isolate a little bit of text. Embarassed I suspect there are others in the same boat. Hopefully some kind soul will enlighten us soon !

Quite easy really,, so long as you leave the quotes in the brackets, both at the beginning and end ,, just highlight, what you don't want,, right click and cut !"!

plus you can always put the item you mean in bold California F1, 75th 110 "Kermit", 50th Ann V8, 90 V8 Hybrid, 55 Series 1
