LED Front Headline - Low Beam No Longer Working

I recently had some work done on my 1988 200TDI D90...new slave cylinder, new LED running and tail lights.

The two LED headlights were not part of the recent work, however the right one is no longer working in LOW BEAM mode only. Halo and high beams work fine.

I have to think the recent work done may have shorted a fuse or messed up previous wiring.

Has anyone seen this and have some advice? I am not all that handy so wondering if something would be clear to me in fuse box that I could potentially remedy easily.

Probably a stupid question but is the high beam working on your driving lights? I am not 100% sure but when my high beam stopped working I removed the dim/dip switch from underneath the steering wheel, and it works directly on the cords going to the headlights. Opposed to operating a relay. So adding headlights will make more current go through the switch. So it is more likely to melt and stop working. Not completely useless, not a perfect design either.
