One door won't lock - Rolling Code Synchronization

Defender 110 P400

Discovered today that right rear door on my Defender doesn't lock - not with the remote or the button inside. All the other doors lock and the alarm activates.

Scanned with the GAP tool and get:

DRDM-Driver Rear Door Module
B12D4-51 (2F) Rolling Code
Synchronization - not programmed

Is this something I can fix with the GAP tool or does it sound like a dealer only fix?
