Not problems here, Gijon Asturias, my Defender works perfectly and without incidents with Remote Incontrol! … I am closer to the UK than you!😃

Thanks for letting me know. Strange. I will contact dealer tomorrow. Since it’s two cars + my friends Sport, I rather believe it’s error in the service than the in the cars.

Hi,
I experienced same issues since last Thursday. I checked car today, is able to connect, i.e. to get weather, etc... but app is saying that telematic system is in sleep mode to reseve battery... wich is not true I start car and works fine... So, who knows, maybe JLR have some issues with service in our country... |

My two Spanish cars is up and running again in the app the Swedish I also have in same app was never effected.

Mine was still not working so l deleted and re-installed the app.
lt's now working fine and all vehicle data was saved (despite the fact that l got a message saying "deleting this app will also delete its data") All l had to do was sign in with my existing password. |

SOLVED!!!
first, I did a Pivi reset, but no changes... So, in Pivi options, on connectivity, under "intelligent devices" (or similar, my menus are in spanish) there must be an option called "RESET CONNECTIVITY"... And voila!!! need to conenct again apple carplay, etc.. but the PC, I mean the car , is connecting again. Of course no answer from Land Rover customer Service... Cheers!!! |
