You’d be fine with the one you’ve bought on an old Tdi, I’d be worried if it was the other way round. It’s not going to make that much difference in the grand scheme of it. The MLS gasket is a much better gasket.

The MLS gasket is better. If you originally had a no-hole gasket and now have a 2-hole, I'd be measuring the piston protrusion to make sure it's allowable. The difference between gaskets is 0.2mm. Also measure the gasket to confirm, 2-hole should be 1.4mm thick LR Workshop
