M16x1.5 is difficult to get hold off, the usual size for studding etc is M16x2.
I gave up looking and use M16x2 for my spare wheel mount and I'm meant to be an Engineer, but we rarely use metric threads because they are the product of a Comittee designing something. 130 Puma HCPU with an Artica 240LR Demountable Camper |

So why didn't you make your own, or use a contact to run one off for you? If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

I didn't need to get anything in the end! I just shifted the wheel over very slightly in the back so the bar now goes through one of the wheel nut holes, rather than through the middle & using the circular plate to hold it. Then just used the locking wheel nut to hold it in place. I hope it doesn't upset the balance too much!
Mind you, maybe it'll sort out the leaning to one side my truck has at the moment Mark 2011 110 XS DC Stornoway Grey |
