Leak (new to me) please advise me

So the water sits inside the channel of the roof and makes its way over the door seal and out again - you can see that in the clip linked below.

I have to my knowledge sorted the door seals prior and sealed the join between the roof partitions as well as sealed the windscreen frame.

I’m leaning towards the leak stemming from the rear of the roof, has anyone noticed anything similar before?
