L663 abrupt reaction when selecting short range!!
As I said, I select the low range in my L663 MY 23 and the car seems abrupt and reactive, not when starting off, not when starting the movement, it does that with its usual silence and smoothness, The movement is completely normal in short ones, the abruptness is when selecting them.… I mean when selecting low range from N, there is a kind of jerk in the transmission shaft, as if the car were slowing down while in N, something abrupt and noticeable, in my longed for manual D3 that didn't exist, I only perceived an elegant tinkling in the transfer case, and here it seems to come in with a hammer, should I check this? is it normal? I have less than 10,000 m. Thanks in advance!

I answer myself, πŸ™ƒ is it possible that the transfer case needs to be recalibrated?

Is it normal to see the central differential lock acting normally during normal high range driving on streets, highways and roundabouts etc?

Thanks Moo, that's exactly what I wanted to say, but I used too much paraphernalia! I always think that if I don't overexplain, no one will understand my English.!! 🀭πŸ€ͺ

When in low range if it's possible to select the "ECO" driving program this is quite a lot smoother in response.
