I have the Hella Dynaview on my 90 and they have a motion sensor that illuminates the lamp to the inside of the corner as well as the full beam spotlight. Pic in my gallery. 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..

Not exactly those, but got some Hella FF75 driving lights, which are (roughly) 6 inches and they work fantastically.
