Red lead primer
Painting advice please. I've just bought a couple of bits (6'x2') of Durbar mild steel chequerplate. What's the best stuff to coat it with? It's to use as decking on either side of the centre channel of a motorbike trailer so non-slip would be an advantage. Any recommendations?
Cheers.

Don't spend a fortune on fancy paint, get some in a bucket/tin and put some sharp sand in and brush it on thick. Let it dry and hey presto non slip paint which is not going to break the bank to repair/renew if needed.
