Puma 2.2 throttle issues
Good day, I have an issue which was very intermittent but recently has been happening every drive.

The Landy is going into limp mode with throttle position sensor/ switch D/E voltage correction. P2138
and the ABS light coming on with a fault.

It seems to happen at low speed mainly and it has only happened when moving forward I don't know if that's related to anything I cant seem to get it to fault when moving the harness so I think that's good.
so now I'm assuming its either the throttle its self or the ecu? are there any other things it could be?

my old TD5 had the same issue and that was a cut on the wiring harness which I fixed easily once I found it, I don't want to spend £190 on a new throttle if its not that, the ecu date says 14/6/18 in the corner is that suspect?

ill attach a picture of my ecu if someone knows where the throttle wires in on which plug that would be great.
Thanks for any help.

Hi.. Each potentiometer on the acc pedal will have it's own supply and earth along with a signal wire who's voltage varies as you depress the pedal.. All need checking to verify or confirm the fault code as been due to a faulty unit..
If the abs light is on there should be a code for abs, which a generic obd reader won't see..
Check the function of the two brake pedal operated switches.. One does put a supply to the abs control module, but ideally you would check for the generated code with a suitable tool..

There does seem to be a bit of a pattern with this with 2.2’s, I seem to remember similar issues of this nature with three or four posters on here in the last couple of years.

cheers genets appreciate it I'm great mechanically but the electronics might be a bit to much and a Landy specialists job, I'm goanna swap my dads throttle pedal from a 2.4 over it seems ok for now.

do you know what people with this issue before have done to resolve it?
