2016 Defender 130 Other SW Auto Rimini Red

new defender deployable side ladder - cannot lock

Hi,
I got a new defender 130 just passing 4000KM. It's brand new and my third time opening up the OEM deployable side ladder. When I closed it, I found that I could not turn the key hole anymore, therefore cannot lock it.
Has anyone experienced similar issue? I am upset that such a expensive ladder was made with such bad quality...
