Only getting hot air from Puma dash…
All:

The dial on the dash is all the way in the blue but it only blows hot air. Slightly less hot when I turn on the air con. It appears the cable is connected on the back, and moved as I turn the dial. I popped the bonnet and manually moved the valve on the back of the heater core to the right- will see if that makes any difference. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Don't bother replacing with that p.o.s LR part, go straight to this: https://www.facebook.com/story.php?story_f...7924979616

New Product Time....
Working with the very skilled @designdevelopmenteng we now have our upgraded Tdci Defender (2.2 and 2.4) heater control valves heading into production.
We've seen an increasing number of failures from the factory specification plastic units (both genuine and none genuine) - and complete failure leads to rapid coolant loss.
These units feature a fully bolt together design, so no glue/clips to fail.
Direct replacement for the original unit.
Available in 6 weeks - but taking pre orders now.
£255 + vat
UK and worldwide shipping Available.
Not yet on our website - but drop us a DM or email info@integrated316.com with Heater Valve Pre Order as subject title.
