22" r524 wheels on Defender 110 X ?

Hey all,

Just finished my dealer order on a '22 Defender X - gloss Carpathian w/ stealth package (aka extended black package)
I didnt like the factory 22" wheel option, so I chose a cheapy 19" factory option and saved $2,200, knowing I'd get my own tire/wheel package in the 5mos while I waited for delivery.

Just for context, this will be a street truck, no off-roading whatsoever (insert chorus of boos)

My wheel question is, staying with a gloss black 22" 9.5" 5x120 pattern in mind, has anyone seen a pic of a 110 with the
OEM r524 style wheels ? (photo below) If so pls post it here.

My follow-up question on tires is > it looks like 285/40 or 285/35 is the size I'll need for virtually any oem 22" x 9.5", so anyone have recommendations on spacer sizing for both front and rear ? I just wanna fill out that gap and bring the tires closer to the body-line, but obviously dont want the hanging outside of the well. Note I didnt get the flared fender option, just the standard wheel well. I typically kick the rears out a tad more than the fronts, I was thinking maybe 20mm on the rears and 10mm on the fronts ? Too little ?

Dunno, need your input here - any help or pics of spacers would be greatly appreciate.

Do be careful buying “cheapy” wheels, especially big ones as there is a lot of history over on the Range Rover and Sport sister forums of them failing at the first pothole taken at normal city road speeds - these cars are very heavy and often cheap aftermarket ones aren’t strong enough for even on good paved roads and crack easily. Anything with the LR Oval cast into them should be fine but they will cost a bit more for the strength. The style you show was an OEM on Range Rover Sport and Range Rover Evoque but I don’t think LR ever sold it in a size bigger than 20”, what you have seen in 22” could be a copy of the LR design. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

i think the cheap comment referred to choosing an OEM smaller/base wheel instead of the OEM 22" option

2022 Carpathian X finally came in and I was able to get the rim/tire combo I had envisioned in my July post.

285/45/22 Contis via TireRack and 22" x 9.5" OEM-Style Range Rover SVRs in Gloss Black via EuroWheels. Just destroys that miserable OEM 22" x 9" factory option, doesn't even compare.

Prob gonna put 20mm spacers on rears and 10mm on fronts.

Looks awesome! Did they just fit, or did you need the spacers you referred to or you just want for cosmetic appearance? I like Range Rover Sport Vogue 22" Alloy Wheels Style 5131's but can't work out if they will fit, or whether I will need spacers..
