CDL - Puma Drivers Door Wiring Functions
I am fitting puma doors to my 200tdi I am attempting to wire in the CDL. All 5 doors have factory actuators and wiring. My plan was to use part of the Hawk CDL ( https://www.hawkcaralarm.com/catalog/unive...ocking-kit _ set ) I had previously bought and wire it direct to the factory actuators rather than the hawk supplied ones.

Passenger and rear doors are not a problem - just two wires. The drivers one is giving me pause for thought. I do want to have all doors unlock if the front drivers key is used instead of the fob, therein lies the problem

The factory actuator on the drivers door has 4 wires, the hawk one has 5. The functions of the 5 wires on the hawk setup are:

Earth
One pair for lock/unlock (same as all the other actuators)
Another pair for Lock and unlock input (triggers rest of locks)

The factory one:

Earth
One pair for lock/unlock (Orange and pink)
One other Yellow with pink trace

One big difference in my setup will be the lack of 10AS unit, which I assume does some clever(ish) stuff to trigger lock/unlock on the other doors from a single wire.

Has anyone wired in such a setup on an older Defender? Any tips on how I make a 4 wire actuator work with a system made for 5?

Thanks
