Ahhhh that kit. Yes that is better. I kind of wish I had gone that route rather than DIY'ing it for myself. Very neat with the Disco switches.
Curious about the tacho wiring too, that is a neat extra to have in the loom. |

Or ratios can be changed within the ecu software. No need for a healer. Instagram @defender_ventures

I fitted Cruise Control about 10 years ago and 'upgraded' to the disco steering wheel switch about 2 years ago and it does look like it was meant to be there which I like.
I have a Roamerdrive so run the speed signal to the ECU through a 5pin relay so when the overdrive is engaged the speed signal is corrected by the Speedo healer, works a treat! Cheers Will 2005 90 XS 1954 86'' Series 1 tilt 1968 88” 2A 200tdi 2002 110 Hardtop |

Click image to enlarge Is this the correct speed healer. Do I just connect all the wires and program it. I have the 1.2 transfer box and 265 tyres fitted thanks |

Do you have a problem with engaging the cruise control then? Curious as I never did with the 1:1.2 transfer box in Miffy. I even have a speedo healer in the spares box that I took out because it wasn't needed in the end. Weird eh?!
But yes that looks like the right speedo healer. It connects in-between the speedo sensor and loom. I managed to route it through from the ECU compartment to the speedo gear through a grommet. Speedo healer was double sided next to the ECU. |
