Original front washer nozzle
Hopefully somebody can help.

I need to replace the front washer nozzle (as I was adjusting the spray holes and the pin snapped so its stuck in!! Sad ). I have a replacement genuine plastic nozzle, will the old one just pull off and the new one push on without any hassle? as I dn't really want the faff of having to mess about wth the dash etc.

I appreciate the billet alternatives are much better in the long run but thats not an option at the moment.

Many thanks in advance.

I have previously just pulled a new jet off the metal pipe. Applied some super glue, and shoved onto the old, already fitted pipe. Thumbs Up

On a Td5 its quite a fiddle, you have to remove a few parts of the dash and centre console radio etc..to get to the bolt that holds it in. This is placed in mega fiddly place to get to but can be done, there are some you tube videos to use as a guide. I replaced mine with a CSI billet one and upgraded pump and am still quite disappointed with it as its nothing like the advertised spray. I would either just replace with original parts or go all in for the optimill billet one and full pump and pipe upgrade.
Good luck

Hi both,

thanks for the replies. I'll see if I can get it off and see what happens!

Cheers

The original windscreen washer is actually made of 2 parts. Have a look at this video. I had both successes and failures in separating the 2 halves.
