I have previously just pulled a new jet off the metal pipe. Applied some super glue, and shoved onto the old, already fitted pipe.

On a Td5 its quite a fiddle, you have to remove a few parts of the dash and centre console radio etc..to get to the bolt that holds it in. This is placed in mega fiddly place to get to but can be done, there are some you tube videos to use as a guide. I replaced mine with a CSI billet one and upgraded pump and am still quite disappointed with it as its nothing like the advertised spray. I would either just replace with original parts or go all in for the optimill billet one and full pump and pipe upgrade.
Good luck A |

Hi both,
thanks for the replies. I'll see if I can get it off and see what happens! Cheers |

The original windscreen washer is actually made of 2 parts. Have a look at this video. I had both successes and failures in separating the 2 halves.
