TDI 200 Lift Pump Area

Hi all

Does anyone here know about the name of this part (red circle as below pic)?

I had noticed very minor engine oil leaks from that area, can it be replace or can just replace the gasket (not sure the part having gasket or not).

Do you mean the lift pump gasket? Or is it something else?

Nope, I mean something else.

Did you notice before the lift pump go in, there was a part (square shape) attached to the engine block?

Ah yes I see now. You are looking for HRC1873. It is bolted into place so just needs to be removed, cleaned and replaced either with a paper gasket of some instant gasket.

Oh, I just google with the part number provided by you, the name is lift pump mounting plate,
