Funnily enough, saw one this past weekend. on a trailer behind an AA van, but looked tidy. Can't remember where it was. M5 heading N from Taunton I think. |

yesterday i saw a phase 2 306 which was a surprise, as i thought i may have the last one around my area. Also a Rover 25 just there. Anything Rover badged and the MG counter part, seems to have vanished from our roads . Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

I was behind an M Reg Nissan Micra Mk2, wasn't pristine but looked good for 30 years old Craig.

I find it hard to believe that it is almost 20 years ago since Rover finished. |

mad isn't Rashers I think the parts side of things might be starting to get a little thin now in some areas sadly. I know the City Rover that was released in 2003, the tata car thing. There is practically nothing for the same spare parts wise at all. It was rumoured back on the metro forum years ago, when rover just went bust, that there was no Service parts for them on the shelves yet. ( service as i mean replacement body panels, that sort of thing)
I was starting to have some right trouble on getting later metro Mpi bits for mine back in 2016, which was another reason why i had to step away. Getting bits for a car from another country that was built in the uk, isn't funny at all. i am sure where i worked made the mk3 boot lid finisher, as there was a variant for the none key lock and lock variant. The none lock variant they did continue to make, before they moved. ( i nicked two seals for the 300 TID ) the other one my TL ended up dismantling the clips and writing off the stock as scrap. Due to full all time buy had been already ordered and sorted out.
