I quite like the Mitsubishi Evo IX 9 MR FQ360 by HKS
0 to 62mph in 4.1 sec. 4wd, and has a rally appeal as well. Never driven one, but would like to, probably never will either as they aren’t that common. No Guts, No Glory. 🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴🇮🇪🇺🇸⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 |

i do like the evo mind, got to say Mitsubishi are not that common as they used to be in general. Used to see the colt kicking about. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Colt CZT is rapid, but they’re only little, but quite good value. No Guts, No Glory.

Going to work last night, ( we are on nights this week) i happen to see a vauxhall vectra, I thought bloody hell those are another car that has practically vanished from the roads in the last few years there. my pal still owns one, that he bought back off his dad, it is a bit like my peuegeot too good to get shot. I saw a Calibra turbo the other week. That's a rare one as well. |

Jim the last time i saw a Calibra, would be 10 years ago, and that was a rare sight then. I think most of those became donors for the Nova, corsa and astras sadly. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Came across a very sorted 205GTI last week in a chesterfield carpark it was mint. Was raining hard and stopped me dead in my tracks much to my teenage children's annoyance in the rain "Dad come on its an old car so what" ! 110 MY23.5 X Dynamic HSE

on my way home i saw a rover 75 with a private plate on, looks like the owner had it from new, as he was about in his 60s. Rovers and MG counter part have practically gone now from where i live. It was nice to see a rover 75 again, as those were like cheap jags, and i saw one go for peanuts in a car auction some years ago now. who ever bought that got a hell of a bargain, for what it was. a rover 75 estate, very practical and cheep at the time. Chap around the corner from me obviously likes early cars...
Has a mint Sierra XR4x4, and a Nissan 300 SX turbo. in town (Swindon) at one of the tyre places, there's a sierra estate and an older boxy granada coupe, must be staff that work there as they're always in the carpark. I must grab some pictures when I'm passing next. |

Parked next to a Saxo VTS the other week, absolutely imaculate and seemed to have avoided the Max Power treatment, for a car that was everywhere in the 90s this is the first one I’ve seem in years.
