1999 Defender 110 Td5 SW Caledonian Blue

Whats this gearbox adapter from?

I found this in the shed while having a tidy up

I think its from a V8 to LT85 ? any other suggestions?

Cheers. Its does look like a 300tdi based on the part number 1999 Defender TD5 110
