If start stop works ok , MHEV battery ok . full Stop!!! 110 XS 250 MY 23 Gondwana Stone, Cold climate pack and towbar

So when the MHEV battery fails the stop/start no longer works? Bring on battery failure!!

There is actually, sort of a way to look at the battery %, at least if you have a P400 gas motor and a Gap IIDTool.. I found a setting that shoes you the "MHEV battery charge %". I think there's a couple other readings showing "desired MHEV battery charge" and something else.
Oddly my Defender seems to keep mine "charged" around 53% or so. If I floor it or drive uphill rapidly, I watch the % go down. Then it'll go up above 53% if I'm not hooning it around. |
