Rubberized cover under the dashboard

Hi,

Would someone know the the Parts number for the rubberized cover that sits below the dashoard and covers the visible firewall section (handbrake cable etc. go through it)? I tried to identify the part via LRworkshop diagrams but somewhat cant find this.

reason being, the previous owner creatively made holes into it to fit his parking heater and did not like the first spot so he made a second hole into it... Td5 110 Station
