pretty sure its about 600kg for a TD5 90. They can be up sprung from memory too as my Double Cab was up sprung to 3500kg Max weight so had well over a tonne of payload, I used to stick 500kg bales in the back with no issues.

Well, you can put 4 people in the boot with the right combination of seats... I make that an easy 400KG

When doing SVA quite a few years back axles we’re rated to 1200 kg each
