Inchcape Preston, serious fire.
Looks like there’s been a serious fire at my local dealership. Only time will tell on how many vehicles have been destroyed. Hope nobody is waiting to pick up a car from them. 110 XS 250 MY 23 Gondwana Stone, Cold climate pack and towbar

Looks like the fire was in the service department.

Hopefully the vehicles in the showroom survived

Dick Lovett Melksham had a big fire about two years ago. It was caused by a battery charger hooked up to a showroom car. In addition to the fire damage there was extensive smoke and water damage. Hasn’t been long reopened as work was seriously delayed by Covid and shortage of building materials.

Interesting - my local dealer too (though after a bad experience in 2010 they are never seeing any of my money again!). Would be interesting doing the loss adjusting for that
