Got the exact dimensions for standard rods from someone on eBay selling cheap lift rods for D5, RRS and new Defender on eBay. £45 a set.

Your help was appreciated! Thanks! I’d already asked before you replied but tbh couldn’t quite make out the exact measurements from your pics. Even 1mm out makes a difference with these rods as any difference is multiplied by the length of the actuator on the height sensor.
