I need a couple of the plastic nuts/inserts that the front side and indicator light mounting screws go into. Cant find the part on any diagrams. I do have some of the old metal spring type but they obstruct the hole and make the light unit a very tight fit.

No they are the ones that hold the front panel on, bit bigger than side light. Think i just found it though RTC3745 Andy

Ah, sorry. Yes they're the ones. They're also one of those odd parts that's been in use in all sorts of applications for a long time, at least back to 1975!
