I would email Chris, as I guess the backing plate (where the wheel mounts) could be altered for the new PCD, and maybe he could supply.
I guess you have adaptors on the hubs to fit disco3 or other rims. Searching for my first Defender...and started just as Covid hit, so talk about timing. 5 months after starting the search I found it, and here is the details |

Race.it - I'll see can I get talking to Chris, i emailed the generic email address but i suppose in fairness to the, they got a production line going and one person coming along with an odd ball request they mighten have time to fit me in.

Maybe expensive, but you could always buy a defender one and either modify or make a new mounting plate yourself or at a local fabrication shop.
