ORE spare wheel carrier
Hi folks,

Just wondering anyone that has the ORE spare wheel carrier would you reckon it would be a hard job to change the wheel lugs to a 5x120 pcd. or could i fit a an adapter to it ?. They are only available in 5x165 pcd

I would email Chris, as I guess the backing plate (where the wheel mounts) could be altered for the new PCD, and maybe he could supply.

I guess you have adaptors on the hubs to fit disco3 or other rims. Searching for my first Defender...and started just as Covid hit, so talk about timing.

5 months after starting the search I found it, and here is the details

Race.it - I'll see can I get talking to Chris, i emailed the generic email address but i suppose in fairness to the, they got a production line going and one person coming along with an odd ball request they mighten have time to fit me in.

Maybe expensive, but you could always buy a defender one and either modify or make a new mounting plate yourself or at a local fabrication shop.

I'm sure he may be able to fit a "custom" job somewhere in the production line, but I do know they have been very busy with current and new products. Zaid-M
