Probably ABS fault, there will be fault codes stored which you need to get read before we can help further.

Check that none of the ABS harness on each wheel hasn't fouled the suspension. The most common problem for both lights being illuminated is a crushed harness. Other issues which can cause it are a faulty wheel speed sensor or an incorrect air gap in one of the sensors though this can cause the TC to operate at any time. If you have a fault code reader or even better a way of checking the live data in the Wabco module you will be able to tell which sensor is causing the problems. The voltage at the wheel sensor should be between 2.1-2.3 volts. The DTC will give the reason but not the cause.
