Puma rear window latches
Hello. I need to replace the small metal window blocks used to latch the rear side glass shut. I have removed all the plastic mechanism but the actual metal block is stuck. is this glued in or just stuck with double sided tape?? Thanks for any help as trying to avoid a shattering experience! There is a rubber gasket between the glass and the external aluminium block. That tends to stick. Need to gently pry it off. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing

You can use a hair dryer to warm it up a little, it will soften the gasket and ease removal.
