2012 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Orkney Grey

Wipers stop on high speed setting

Anybody had this issue and any ideas on how to resolve?

Wipers work fine on intermittent and first position but stop when switched to the higher speed setting. They were initially working slowly/jerkily on this setting but now completely stop.

Otherwise they park OK and start/stop as they should do.
