Clutch pipe clip part no?
Morning, i am struggling to find the correct part number for one of the clutch pipe clips on my RHD TD5.

The clip in question goes on the passenger side of the bulkhead/footwell and is a couple of inches above the bracket where the steel pipe transitions to the flexi hose:

The parts diagrams dont show this type of clip (only the awful two piece ones). It looks a lot like the chassis brake pipe clips but i believe it is a different size due to the larger bore (1/4" vs 3/16") clutch pipe size.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks,
Steve 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread

Thanks both,

That NTC9543 does look the same but shows up on the brake pipe diagrams so might not be big enough. I think I might have a few in my parts stash though so I will try one and see if it can take the larger pipe.

That looks a decent supplier cheers Blackwolf, even if i don't need this clip there are some others I can see myself buying from them!

Cheers,

I find it is always useful have knowledge of the specialist suppliers, you never know when you will need something.

How did we manage before the Internet? It's hard to remember!

Microfiche! The parts counter person would go to the general assembly pages then flip the screen around and you would point joyfully, only to be told that part is discontinued..... Big Cry

Yes, in my case it was a weekly visit to EVE components in Iver Heath (the best local place for SI parts) and the nearest thing to microfiche was the storeman's brain - it was rare that he had to look up a part number.

Sadly all gone now in the name of progress.

Can confirm the clutch pipe clip is NTC9543, the new ones I have are identical to the original that I removed from the bulkhead. It seems to be able to retain the brake or clutch pipe sizes.

Cheers Thumbs Up 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread
