Will,
Can you give us more details on the overheating and we will try to help you. have you checked that the system is still under pressure? Is the expansion tank or cap seal damaged? Is there any circulation or collasped hose? How quickly does it overheat and under what driving conditions? |

I was hoping someone had come across similar problems. The cap seemed faulty as no pressure, so I sealed it with plastic and it still overheated. I could do with a cooling system diagram as it seems pretty complicated. It is overheating after 15 mins. Ive exhausted my ideas.
