Hi, the screw type is a Button Head Socket Screw.

Another option are Black Anodised Aluminium, they be less bling than bright stainless steel :
https://www.pro-bolt.com/aluminium You'll need to check the diameter of the corroded ones, and maybe order washers and nuts to match the bolts. Pro-bolt are not the cheapest, but they are designed for use on motorbikes so are properley outdoor proof, I've used them on a number of applications on my 110 puma.
