Rubber casing is coming apart or is it best to buy new ones . |

The rubber seems to part company with the underlying plastic case no matter what you do. Glueing doesn’t appear to work and you need to separate the case halves to replace the battery.
I had a look for a suitable silicon cover instead and use something like this https://amzn.eu/d/hIrk2YW. Works just fine and isn’t too bulky. Dave Green Goddess - 1998 Defender 110 300tdi |

I assume the key type you are refering to the "long chrome strip" type :
Part numbers LR078922 or C2D49508 can provide a back, chrome strip, key ring clip and silicone gasket, the front button panel is designed for the 4 button Disco/RR/Evoque, and while it will not be an "exact" copy of the original key fob, (it has a gloss Land Rover logo back) it will refresh your fob if the damage is to the back, or chrome strip. I'll try to take some images to illustrate the diffrences Zaid-M www.DefencePhotos.com 2014 Defender 110 Utility, 2.2 Puma, Indus Silver Not just transport more like a religion |

I have not used them (yet), but they seem to get good reviews on trustpilot... https://www.shop.carkeyssolutions.co.uk/pr...2014-2016/
