Green box should be for alarm and immobilizer on the base spec. Least it is on mine.

Have you tried the the power relay and starter relays under the drivers seat? Its usually an immobilizer prob but if you haven't got one!
edit i said fuse when i meant relays ![]() |

I think it is something to do with the key fob and communication with the vehicle ECU telling it to start the vehicle and here is my reasons for saying this.
Our 2008 Puma came with two sets of keys from the factory and both start the vehicle without issue. The 2011 Puma came with one set of keys so I asked for a second set and got them. The second set had to be programed and mated to the vehicle by a main dealer. I left the vehicle in and this was done. If I use this replacement set it will sometimes give the non start issue which is cured by locking and unlocking the vehicle. So I think it is communication or in this case the lack of it between key fob and ECU. I would suggest getting the key fob rematched to the vehicle. Fair enough I suspect the dealer did not do a great job on the keys they did for me but it is worth a try. 1982 88" 2.25 diesel 1992 110 200tdi csw -Zikali 2008 110 2.4 tdci csw-Zulu 2011 110 2.4 tdci csw-Masai |

Does the basic spec vehicle (without central locking) still have a passive immobiliser? The PI is a notorious source of non-starting problems.

To look for alarm module remove drivers footwell speaker and with your head in the footwell look up through the aperture and you will see it.
See pics on this link which is for the later ALM ECU, the earlier AS10 looks the same but is green. https://remotekey.co.uk/land-rover-keys-re...larm-ecus/ |
