I have 7 seats they do not go completely flat but almost. I moved a large desk still no problem

In the 5 seater you don’t need to slide the 3 centre seats forward to access the 2 in the boot like you do in the 7 seater so you cannot lift the seat bases because of the slider rails. In the 5 seater you lift the seat base forward, fold the head restraints and fold the seat backs down into the hole where the seat base was.......... in the five seater you can (just) store a strop or valuables under the seat bases like you could in RRS L320 and Disco3. Also in the 5 seater you have a huge storage area under the boot floor where the two boot seats in the 7 seater would fold into. I have a MY22 7 seater and the seats fold flat. Takes a bit of effort but they click down. Pic attached.

Yeah. it takes a bit of weight, but the 7 seaters click into place at a close to level surface. Not quite as level as the flip up bench, fold down solution in the 5 seaters.
