Anyone who pays that deserves the £200k+ depreciation that follows Wink

Couldn't one buy a Works 70th and an L405 V8 and have some change left over for fuel for the price of that...

Or a slightly ropey Discovery 2 for every day of the year Rolling with laughter

That's the mad thing. Aside from the the engine and a few tweaks here and there, it's still essentially the same vehicle as yours or even a bog standard HT. https://instagram.com/bentheoandrews

I appreciate the seller is expecting a lot but this is one of only 10 x 007 110 variant Special editions available in the UK. I doubt that it is in any way worth 3 x what they paid for it a couple of months ago. There are also 5 x 90 versions that were £105,000 list. Probably appeal to those who can afford to buy a car then lock it away in a heated, controlled atmosphere garage doing minimal miles a year.
Look how many were happy to fork out for a rebuilt previous gen Defender called the Works Edition and IIRC their factory gate prices were even more eye watering. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

If someone were to be kind enough to write off a V8, my D200 may get an engine transplant Laughing 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue
