I see that you are now sorted, however you should find the VIN number on a plate in the bottom corner of the windscreen, as well as stamped into the chassis leg. > 110 XS Double Cab

Hank - This engine came out of another truck. I do not have a VIN from it as I bought it as a stand alone engine/tansmission that I put into my 1995 chassis and body.

Thank you for this link. From this I was able to see / test that the fan clutch is not engaging at startup and cold start. Embarrassed to also say that I did not see the part number molded into the fan blade when I was looking at this in the dark the other night. Today as it is warmer I pulled the shroud and see the part number on there now. So seems that all is working mechanically and that possibly the cause is that I have over sized Allisport aluminum radiator and intercooler. Thanks again! |
