2008 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 HT Stornoway Grey

Indicator bulb doesn't fit in housing..

I thought I would try some clear side light lenses (Perei) to use for front indicator lenses - however the indicator bulb is too long for the housing so I can't get the bulb holder to mate up. Are they slightly different in depth to the indicator lenses or is there a different bulb I can use?

The side light lenses are a different length to the indicator lenses to put the bulb filament in the correct position in relation to the lens centre. AFAIK there is no 21w (indicator) bulb available which is the same size as the side lamp one.

The Landrover part number for the clear indicator assembly is LR047798 at the mad price of £50 each from LR, or an equivalent from a third party supplier for less than a tenner (google the part number)
