FarCorners middle row seat risers in a double cab ?

Hi

I fitted the Far Corners middle row seat risers to my 110 double cab today. Or tried to ! The risers lift the front of the seat up by 35mm, but in order for the back of the seat not to foul the rear panel of the cab you have to install the 35mm spacer blocks they provide four double cabs under the rear seat brackets too.

To me this somewhat defies the point of them, which I thought was to give an incline to the seat base so it supports your legs more ? The way it installs just raises th whole seat by 35mm.

Has anyone fitted them in a DC and had better results than this ?

At least they are aware of the problem. I fitted them to my usw with dog guard, guess what doesn't work, far corners were useless in helping, but they did then update their website to say not suitable to fit with dog guards. They then went on to supply rear bushes to provide total lift rather than a tilt. Product was good just not thought all way through, after sales shocking. Cheers
