I see Twisted is out of stock with their double din dash kit for Pumas. Who else sells a Puma kit that is of good quality to fit a double din unit, and a separate switch panel to host extra switches that would otherwise be in the fascia? it's a Landrover thing...

I got one from first four. It came in a Britpart box but the quality is excellent.
I think they all come with the extra switch panel, as you have to relocate the switches to make the radio fit. |

There is another company doing them that does NOT require cutting the top part I spotted on facebook the other day?
http://defenderupgrades.co.uk/ cannot see them on the site though? |

These are the ones I had seen at the lower price point.
http://www.powerfuluk.com/vehicles/land-ro...black.html I would say they are the same as all the others with the exception of the Twisted one. |

I think they're all Britpart ones. Apart from the specially moulded Twisted ones.
The only problem with the Powerful ones is they only do them in gloss black. Which is fine if you want gloss black. But i didn't as it shows all the marks and finger prints too easilly as well as not matching the top part with the clock. |

It sounds like Defender Upgrades has the best price? I have a Twisted one, but I won’t be installing it until my Ninety gets its Puma Dash, which is when it’ll also get a new chassis & bulkhead, plus a 5.3 V8 & 6-speed auto. I’ll post pics then, but that’s a couple of years out.

Without doubt Defender Upgrades seem to offer great options
They are the only ones I know of with the top vent section as part of the whole with directional vents and from only about £170 depending on your choice of finish. Not only is that cheaper than most of the usual "chop the vents off your own" items, but almost a quarter of the Twisted price. |
