Garage door threshold seal
Has anyone any experience on which garage door threshold seals are good/bad.
I have fitted electric roller shutter doors to my garages and whilst the doors are flush to the floor I wish to keep ALL water/dust out if I can.
I am looking for something that is about 25mm high at the most.
Any suggestions good OR bad

Cheers

Might have to think outside of the box depending on your situation. Alway worth a look but I cant remember length limiations.

On new commercial builds the only solution that works is to create a "waterbar arrangement" behind the door via an stepped armour joint profile.

Not looking for a foam type of strip but most likely a rubber type of strip that goes inside the garage and butts upto the door.
As PJM suggested

I fitted one of these on a single garage door, so far done a great job keeping the leaves out.

Used this numerous times and works a treat Thumbs Up
Let it lie flat for a day or so and easier to apply on a warm day. You can also
get various lengths, simple and effective.

I'd be minded to go for a hollow P or D profile EDPM seal which will seal nicely under compression
