Has anyone any experience on which garage door threshold seals are good/bad.
I have fitted electric roller shutter doors to my garages and whilst the doors are flush to the floor I wish to keep ALL water/dust out if I can. I am looking for something that is about 25mm high at the most. Any suggestions good OR bad Cheers Guy May your life be like toilet paper ; long & useful. |

Might have to think outside of the box depending on your situation. Alway worth a look but I cant remember length limiations.
https://www.assaabloydooraccessories.us/en...hresholds/ On new commercial builds the only solution that works is to create a "waterbar arrangement" behind the door via an stepped armour joint profile. |

Not looking for a foam type of strip but most likely a rubber type of strip that goes inside the garage and butts upto the door.
As PJM suggested Guy May your life be like toilet paper ; long & useful. |

I fitted one of these on a single garage door, so far done a great job keeping the leaves out.

Used this numerous times and works a treat Let it lie flat for a day or so and easier to apply on a warm day. You can also get various lengths, simple and effective. |

I'd be minded to go for a hollow P or D profile EDPM seal which will seal nicely under compression
