Defender vs Transit FWD 2.2 engine
Anyone knows how different are the Defender 2.2 engine to the front wheel drive 2.2 transit engines?

Understand that there is a mounting on the front of the engine, can that be simply removed? Is the cooling port at the front of the engine present?

I do not need an engine.. just curious as I have seen one of those engines for sale for very low price. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing
